The security consists of a deposit in cash amounting to seven hundred and forty-six thousand and seventy-seven dollars ($746077)

and Japanese Government Bonds to the amount of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250000).

The total security, taking the Bonds at 95% of their nominal value, amounts to Seven hundred and eighty-three thousand and seventy-seven dollars ($783077).
